Before beginning my career as a Disaster Inspector and Insurance Adjuster, I worked in the Real Estate, Appraisal and Construction industry. Also a Paralegal, I now use my real estate and construction background, legal training and research training to ensure a through and precise Disaster Evaluation and/or Insurance Inspection. Trained in the latest disaster inspection techniques, I adhere to strict industry standards/guidelines and use the most up-to-date software programs to insure comprehensive and detail-oriented reports. For the past several years, I have worked under contract to FEMA and accepted work deployments to conduct disaster inspections and fraud investigations in Texas, Louisiana, Florida and North Carolina.
My philosophy is simple...I believe you should share your time and talents by giving back to your community and to mankind more than you take! Believing in "paying it forward"... I share my experiences by mentoring my continuing education students outside the class room. Several years ago, I designed an Internet Website Forum where I host an Investment Support Group for my students. I, also, teach Disaster Preparedness programs for several Colleges and Universities and work with state agencies and groups whose goals are to see that others will survive and recover from all disasters and emergencies. | |
